You Can't Run in High Heels.

Zoe Sharp, local best-selling author of the 'Charlie Fox' series of crime and thriller novels, began writing the books after receiving death threats during the course of her work as a photojournalist. She learned self-defence as a practical skill and has written extensively about it in her novels. Zoe will explain simple ways to stay safe without becoming paranoid. Assisted by local actor Lewis Hancock, she will demonstrate a few of the moves and defences from her repertoire.
